Creating Memories

Dylan's first Halloween was quite enjoyable...at least for me...I am not quite sure he enjoyed his lions outfit as much as I did....the weather was quite warm here yesterday...so Dylan's full head to toe costume really wasn't ideal...but I was really excited about this outfit and loved every minute of it...and my little man was a good sport with it all...Dylan made his way to my office for a potluck then we headed to Grandma Moody's school in Eaton and finished the day off with a get together for the neighbors at our home....the whole day was really quite enjoyable....can't wait till next year....but until then we have alot of decorating for Christmas to get done...and that will start tomorrow....that means the tear down of Halloween and the beginning prep for Christmas...I am very excited....and Collin he is kind of like Dylan...a good sport about it all...I wouldn't say that he is excited about decorating anything...in fact tolerable might be a better word....I know what a lucky man.....all these memories we are creating....memories of frustration when we have to pull the dozen of holiday decorations from the rafters in the garage hoping not to get hit by straying reindeer head...or the wonderful memories of getting on the roof to hang the holiday lights in 40 mph Cheyenne wind just to have your wonderful loving wife tell you that the lights are not even and that they have to be redone....and once you have accomplished getting the reindeer in place..the lights on perfect....that wonderful wife of yours pipes up and says that she thinks we need more lights...perhaps on the trees....ohhh yes these are the memories of the holidays.......so with that today we will be creating memories....keep Collin in your thoughts
