Oh my goodness it has been crazy busy at the Moody household....where do I start....that is the problem with blogging when you haven't blogged in awhile its just hard to get started again...well I will start with Sunday....Sunday morning we all got up early like at 4 am.....we headed out the door making our way to Boulder Colorado.....Dylan was a champ the whole day...though the real champ for the day was Dad.....Collin and his good friend John were in the Muddy Buddy Bike and Run and in the Mud Race.....this is I think the 4th or so year that Collin has been in the race....
this year they trained really hard and were 3rd in there age group and 13th over all out of over a 1000 teams or so........so they did really awesome.....and we are very proud.....Dylan got to go on the podium with his dad and wear daddy's bright shiny medal around his neck.....all in all it was a awesome event and a great day.....we have lots of pictures but haven't had the time to down load them............will share them all with you once life gets back to a normal pace...
Business has been incredible...which is good and bad....good that the money is rolling in but it has almost been to busy this week.....since Saturday I have easily logged in almost 60 hours this week.....I am taking this afternoon off but tomorrow will be another long day....I am in some pretty tough negotiations right now on one of my listings.....I have both sides of the deal so that's a good thing....but it makes it extra tough....not to mention my buying client is a energy attorney for the state.......analytical....43 year old single man that has never owned a house and is probably one of the most difficult clients I have had in all my years of business.......a nice guy just a lot to to handle and to get him in the mind set he needs to be to move forward with the purchase of this property.is a lot of work..........we are close though and I think between the seller and the buyer I probably have about 6 or so hours of hard negotiating ahead of me tomorrow....I am also showing property and pretty sure that this client will be making a offer on a property tomorrow not to mention we received 2 more offers on a property this afternoon that needs to be reviewed....I can't complain ....busy is good............
Dylan is perfect and we are having a lovely afternoon at home......a bike ride is in the cards for this evening and a little work in the garden this afternoon.........he is getting so big and so handsome....he is changing daily and adding something new everyday.....he has been eating better which makes me happy....we will get more pictures up soon
As many of you know we are under contract on a new home.....well it is new to us...though it is a very old home....we are excited but in the business of real estate nothing is a done deal until you sign on the dotted line......so once the appraisal is back and the loan has gone thru under writing and we know the roof is good..........then we will get excited......and share all the wonderful details about this great home...........
Magpie, Whoo, and Mooks are all doing well...........Maggie has another ear infection........but she is on meds and I think feeling better.........

Yep, the delay in blogging just makes it harder to get back in the saddle doesn't it?
That's great that business is going well, but 60 hours on top of mommying has got to be exhausting, so I hope the work eases, but the money still flows. Have your cake and eat it too is the best way to go, right?
