Tired
It has been a long 3 days at work with long hours...I am tired and cranky.....going to put in a good 6 hours today and then hopefully take a break for a day or so and enjoy visiting with my father in law who made the trip from California........the good news is I have been so busy I haven't had much time to eat..........what a shame..so I have lost a little bit more weight....good thing..lets hope I don't gain it back on my day and 1/2 off eating it all back on....I have also made a substantial amount of money putting close to a million dollars worth of real estate under contract and getting a new listing(thankyou Penny/Nain )......thank goodness.........since now the windows and trim on the outside are painted and by the way look awesome....what a relief....if it was the wrong color and looks terrible I am sure that I would eat right back my weight loss....anyways with that being said now that the windows looks so nice....it makes the old metal storm windows....well look really really bad....so the window guy is coming this morning to measure for new more efficient storm windows..........so the money we just made on all the new business will now go to new storm windows..........with that....off to work I go..........

Dylan might turn into a french fry
If the saying is true that you are what you eat...then Dylan should start turning into a french fry....we are not seriously worried...but Dylan just doesn't have much of a appetite most of the time...food really means very little to him...the one tried and true thing that Dylan will eat is french fries...he also is still pretty good with bananas....but he really never ask for food or is very interested in food....we don't worry much because he is otherwise a happy little boys with bounds of energy....yesterday we had a great family day...I ran into the office in the morning...we also got the oil changed and then headed to Love land Colorado....I stopped at Harry and David's.....I could spend a hours in that tiny store and spend alot of money...but I was good...I went in to admire all of their Easter goodies picked up some Dark Chocolate Moose Munch and a fancy root beer to share with Collin then we made our way to the furniture store... after the furniture store we made our way to Eaton to see Penny and take in the last 1/2 of the Eaton Varsity Baseball game...we then stopped by Gus's and Amanda's for a quick visit and made our way home sometime around 10:00 we then proceeded to put together the furniture we bought and finally made it to bed around 11:00 or so...Dylan is still asleep and it is 10:40 am...once Dylan rises we are headed out to do more shopping I need to buy a couple of small things to go with the furniture we bought yesterday...I also need to go pick out the trim color for the house and the paint color for the windows.........I am so excited and a little nervous...the painter is coming on Monday....I really believe painting the trim and windows a different color will make a world of difference on the home...I am just nervous about picking out the wrong colors..and if I will hate them once they are on....I have a good idea of what I want so it is just a matter of finding it today.....also the patio guy came and we will have our back yard patio put in here in the next 2 or 3 weeks....and the sprinkler guy is suppose to be here in the beginning of May that leaves Collin until the mid of may to get the post dug for the fence....I am hoping to have the fence in by the first week of June at the latest....should be interesting since we are going on two trips between now and then....but really it should take 2 days of work to get the fence done...I think we will be fine....the weather is cold here today so probably not much playing outside today...but we will head to the mall for Dylan to run and play in the indoor play area...we also have a large cardboard box the chairs came in...so I am going to turn that into a shop for him today....I almost forgot the cutest thing last night....as Collin was putting the chairs together at 10:30 or so last night...Dylan went and found his wrench to help Daddy....it was the cutest thing watching him help his dad put the chairs together........

Dylan
This morning at 5:05 or so I am awaken by the most precious little voice singing....unfortunately at 5 am in the morning Dylan's little voice just didn't sound that precious to me...we had a fairly long night....Dylan has decided in the last week or so that eating food really is just not for him.....that nursing works really well...of course if you are bribing him with a cookie well then you might get that in his mouth.....so our little guy is going to bed and waking up all night to nurse....after his stint up being up for a hour or so...he is back to sleep and I guess sleeping in since it is 10 am now....today might be a little hard for Dylan but I am going to put a big limit on nursing...only at nap time and bedtime.....this should be a fun day....filled with lots of whining and maybe even crying....I always assumed that things would get better and that he would slowly wean off of nursing....and it had but really I just need to be a little more diligent with the direction and limits....so keep the little guy in our thoughts today....and me to
On a lighter note we did take Dylan sledding yesterday....he liked the sledding part...the snow part not so much...to date the biggest waste of money we ever spent was on Dylan's Columbia Snow Boots...somehow at the store they went right on...since that date we have never been able to get his foot in these darn boots....I think somewhere around $40.00 bucks down the drain....also his Columbia snow outfit....though quite darling....he hates it and hates the snow so it has been used I think 3 or 4 times.....if we are lucky it will still fit him next year and I won't feel so bad about spending $50.00 or $60.00 bucks whatever I spent on it....he has though worn the very cute Columbia jacket that is part of the snow outfit quite a bit....
Once Dylan wakes we have a pretty full plate today.....we need to get flyer's out to some of my listings....then off to Lowe's to check out the flowers they have in for spring..they are having a sale on some flower bowls so I want to see if they are what I want....then hopefully a lunch date with my number 2 man Dylan.....I am hoping a little Mickey D's will inspire his appetite.......

A Treat and no to another bulldog
Both Collin and I got up early this morning...Collin headed out to do go do snow removal...I got up to enjoy the quiet morning all to myself....What a treat this morning...I was able to read the entire paper....am now on my second cup of tea sitting in front of the fire in the living room...I love the first morning after a good snow....no wind...the sun is bright...and there is a morning stillness and quiet...I love how the snow illuminates everything and what a treat for me to be able to take in all of this beauty....perhaps I am even more aware of it today...knowing that spring will come soon and it will be sometime before we see the snow again....I get so sappy about this kind of stuff...saying goodbye to my holiday ornaments...to the snow....when I reflect back on it...it is like geez Denise get a life...but in the moment I truly feel that way....Dylan is still snuggled in bed...I am guessing at anytime he should be rising....yesterday he didn't rise until 9 or so....and Collin had a couple of quiet hours to himself....Winston is right by my side....we are still battling with the idea of getting one of his puppies...but I must say that we are leaning strongly against it at this time....Winston will be 7 this August...I think I am wanting to get one of his puppies because when I know he is gone I will miss him dearly...I see the age in his face and it is a constant reminder that sooner rather than later that I will have to enjoy my morning tea without him....but I don't think that he would feel very comforted in his last years being surronded by a younger version of him...he has always been my special baby boy and has been such a good friend to me that perhaps I should respect his wishes not get another bull dog...he does very well with Maggie...and really another bulldog right now would be quite selfish of me...they are great with children but not a dog that Dylan could take to the park...Collin loves Winston but I think secretly if he had his way we would never have another bulldog....lets be clear though....we might not be getting another bulldog now....but this family will always have a bulldog ...or should I say that I will always have a bulldog....perhaps that is selfish..but that's the way it is....non negotiable....we will also I am sure always have a dog like Maggpie...whether it be another Berner or a Pyrenees or a Lab....it is such a tough decision.......in fact as I type this I am thinking delete delete....maybe we should get that baby bulldog....but yesterday at work I visited with some co-workers that just got the cutest white lab puppy....their older lab is definitely in his sunset years....they commented on how the puppy has just taken over the house....he bites and chews on the old guys ears...crawls and jumps all over him...and the poor old guy just takes it....I just don't want to do that to Winston...he deserves better...and our family...we are all so happy right now...it is a good balance....Winston, Maggie, and Mooks all get along are all pretty kind to each other...are all pretty laid back and happy......it works....and works well....no since in bringing in a puppy and messing it all up.......
Back to the snow again...am hoping to get Dylan out to play in the snow once Dad gets back....sometimes he likes it....sometimes he doesn't perhaps we will take out his sled we got him for Christmas and head to the snow hill here in town....we will attempt to take pictures today of Dylan in the snow and get them posted tonight.....he has grown so much....well it is almost 9 I am guessing I will make my way upstairs to check on my little guy............until next time

Snow
It snowed today...and I think possibly still snowing....worked this morning and was able to make it home sometime around 2 or so to spend the afternoon at home....had a great nap with Dylan then we made our way out to dinner and to Wal Mart to do a little shopping....we spent the evening playing and I worked on Easter Baskets for some co workers and secretaries at work...I think I made a total of 12 baskets....they are really quite cute...and I have enjoyed putting them together.....I will have to take pictures of them...I also put together Dylan's Easter Basket....it is way awesome...I have been picking up stuff for the last month or so....I found the coolest little wooden wagon for the basket....so he can pull it all over...it is filled with coloring books, Easter books, a very cool Rockies outfit, bubble bath, giant bubble blower, jumping chicks, eggs filled with jelly beans, lots of chocolates, pretty sugar cookies on a stick and of course a little bit of See's candy and whatever else I have happened to buy over the last month....I will also make sure that I get a picture of his basket.........I can't wait for him to open it.....I absolutely love Easter....he is big enough this year that I think he will get the whole hiding and finding eggs deal.........next week the Easter Bunny will be at our favorite family restaurant....in fact I think Grandpa Moody will be here to take in the Easter Bunny and the best darn Homemade Custard that you have ever tasted...........otherwise all is well.....I am taking most of the day off tomorrow....Collin will head out in the morning to do a little snow removal...I have to head into the office in the afternoon....I am thinking about making a big pot of Spaghetti tomorrow mid morning....that way we can have a big lunch once Collin gets home and then I can head to the office..........................until next time

Winston and Mr Mooks the Hot Topic
Winston and Mr Mooks have been the hot topic the last couple of days at the Vet's office....everyone is quite amazed and perhaps a little shocked and found great humor in the fact that Winston will only get excited for his male cat Mr Mooks....as we made our way into the office yesterday morning I was informed that all the residents and assistants came in just to see this spectacle.....I guess in the life of Vet world this is really quite something....none of them have witnessed anything quite like this....I don't think it is the fact that Winston humps Mr Mooks as much as it is....he will only hump Mr Mooks and not this beautiful little Rosie Red very much in heat bull dog....in fact when were waiting to see the vet....there was Winston, Rosie, and a 3 month old bull dog.....Winston gave no attention to Rosie but was very sweet to the 3 month old bulldog...I don't even want to think what that might mean...anyways it will be hard for me to resist one of their pups....I have always wanted a red and white bulldog, I have always wanted one of Winston's pups....I have always wanted another small healthy bulldog....Rosie is also very sweet and very good natured....super healthy and has great conformation....I don't know...Collin will have to keep me strong on this one.....we have our final round of insemination today at the Vets.....perhaps we will have Winston and Mr Mooks take pictures and sign autographs when we are done...........The Vet brought out a Cat Fancy magazine and thinks that Winston should be on the cover of it.....once we have all the pups I am hoping to get a picture with the parents and Mr Mooks and all the pups we can send it to the Vets office........no doubt it will make it on the wall........
Lets see..........yeah a day off.....it is cold and clear here today....after the vets we are going to head to the the pet store to get something for Winston's gas........it has been so bad that Collin is having trouble sleeping at night...with my allergies...I smell nothing....kind of scary huh.....anyways I might ask the Vet....but it is almost to embarrassing......I mean I already have a dog that humps his cat and has such bad gas that my husband can't sleep at night...not sure I can handle that much humiliation..........
Shopping......I have been shopping for the perfect canopy/pergola for off the deck in our master bedroom....one for me to enjoy and two to protect our outside patio furniture.....well I did find the perfect one....it was $450.00 and it was perfect..... exactly what I wanted.....well Kohls had a huge sale starting yesterday....and they had a canopy that was going to be 1/2 price.....we head into Kohls.....the one they have was $400.00 and 1/2 off bringing it to $200.00 and then I had a additional 15% off coupon....it really is not exactly what I wanted....though Collin thought it was better than the one I really wanted for $450.00 imagine that.....the one I wanted had really clean and simple lines...this one is kind of like nights in the Sahara over the top design....but it is only $170.00 and Collin was all over it.......so we got it....it was a good deal...and to be honest after seeing this one for $170.00 it would be hard to justify the one for $450.00.....I guess we will go with the nights in the Sahara dessert theme........since I am getting another bulldog I guess I can sacrifice a little..........just kidding...........well maybe not....

First the Hospital, Second the Vets
I am feeling better but last night I woke around 1 or so in the morning with very painful stomach cramps.....once 4 am rolled around and the pain had intensified and didn't seem to be letting up....by 5 am and no sight of the pain easing up we headed to the emergency room....if I wasn't a mother I probably would have waited at least a couple of more hours but after my brief stay in the hospital last August....I decided that it wasn't worth messing around with....Dylan was a champ the entire time at the hospital.....after IVs, blood test, urine test, lots of poking and prodding all seemed well...no infections...no bursting appendix....they gave me medicine for the pain and nausea and some medicine for inflammation...we made it back home by 7 am or so...and the whole family went back to bed until 10 am or so....I have been pretty much sedentary all day...and my stomach is still very sore but the intense pain is gone....I am guessing it was some kind of 12 hour bug or something.........as long as Dylan doesn't get it all will be good....I am so glad that I got in and not Dylan...I couldn't imagine my child trying to tolerate that type of pain...
Winston is a certified stud.....well with the help of Mr Mooks....we have been working on breeding Winston with another bulldog for some time.....and today was the day....the bulldog that we are breeding Winston to is a red and white bulldog she has great conformation and is just a little smaller than Winston....they should be really good looking pups....as most of you know Winston needs Mr Mooks help in the breeding department.....the last time we bred Winston was in Rapid City...so this is a new vet....as I took Winston into the vets... the Vet was quite sure that once Winston saw this little lady in heat that he would go for it like all good stud dogs do....I advised them that it probably wouldn't happen and that they would need the assistance of Mr Mooks....but they pretty much ignored me and off they went with Winston.....10 minutes later the Vet appears and tells me that Winston had absolutely no interest in Rosie....I advised him that I would bring in Mr Mooks....they were pretty uncomfortable with the whole idea and just didn't see it happening...I advised them that as long as the petted Mr Mooks in front of Winston that they would be able to obtain the goods.......a quick 5 minutes later....out the Vet comes with Winston and Mr Mooks....absolute success....in fact Winston's has such good sperm that we are going back tomorrow to do it all over again...they usually wait a day between but Winston is such a stud that they feel confident he will have plenty of swimmers in the morning....I know this all sounds crazy but breeding bulldogs is kind of serious business....the stud fee is a minimum of $1000.00 then the females owner must also pay for the artificial insemination, checking for the optimal time to do the insemination, and do the insemination 3 times, plus the momma will need to go in for ultra sounds and will have a c-section to deliver the pups and then the pups must be bottled fed do to their flat faces....so its kind of a lot of pressure for the stud to perform....to break even the mother will need to throw at least 2 pups, last time we breed Winston the momma had 8 puppies, I am guessing this female should have somewhere between 3-6 she is a pretty small girl......with that being said...Winston has earned his keep and is getting in lots of rest today so he will be ready for action in the morning...........

Tuesday
Lets see.....called about 6 different upholstery people.....I was hoping to get my outdoor furniture cushions recovered since 2 are showing some wear....but at the cost of approximately $100.00 a cushion....that would be right at $1000.00...I am thinking not....I got them out and decided that turning the two over was a brilliant idea instead....we are though going to invest in a covered pergola for the deck off the bedroom....which will look great and provide wonderful shade and help protect my outside furniture....we also are proud new owners of a new treadmill....it was on close out at Sam's Club for like $240 with a 3 year warranty....it actually had pretty good reviews for being a affordable treadmill....it was originally at Sams Club a $500 dollar treadmill...I can't say that I am really all that excited about the treadmill....we have been considering one for sometime now.....so lucky us now we have one....hopefully I will be more excited about the treadmill once it is here tomorrow...I will keep you all posted....the weather has been good the last couple of days and is suppose to stay warm for the next week or so I think....we are already getting started on the yard make over....we have the concrete guy coming over tomorrow.....we are planning on having him pour a pad for a over sized storage shed that we will be putting in this spring and pouring a patio in the entire back courtyard....there is a little bit of grass now...but it is so shaded that it would be a battle to get grass to grow....we will keep a couple of open spots for plants and will have a gas line run for a fire pit...I think the sprinkler guy is coming over tomorrow also....we have a sprinkler system but we are going to be fencing in the side yard for the dogs with a 6 ft privacy fence and then doing a picket fence in the front for Dylan and a good portion of the sprinklers run right on our property line where the fence will need to go.....so we are going to see what are options are...we are prepared to have to replace the sprinkler system completely....the painter should also be coming in the next month or so to get the exterior trim and windows painted....it is going to make a huge difference on the house...he was going to do it last fall right when we closed on the house but we decided to put it off since we were spending so much money on the interior of the house....I can hardly wait to get the exterior done....the house will looks so much nicer.....I am also going to get iron window boxes ordered out of California.....I know it sounds like I am getting started a little early on all of these things...I mean it is still winter here in Cheyenne....but I really want everything pretty much done before the beginning of June....so we have to get these contractors lined up now otherwise we will be lucky to get everything done by the end of August....because of our seasonal weather...there is always a huge demand beginning of Spring for exterior home improvement.....I just want to be the first........:)lets see otherwise all is well........Dylan is doing great...god I adore that kid....he is such a cool cat...he is a dancing and climbing fool...we had a delicious 3 hour nap together this afternoon and I think we are going to head up for a bath and then head upstairs to finish off the night with about 10 books and reading in his tent on the bed.........

A terrible trick
I am talking about the weather...yesterday we were out and about playing in the warmth of the sun...grilling before its time.....dreaming of planting and working in the yard...today we were quickly reminded that winter is not quite done with us yet....a cold and cloudy 32 degrees pretty much all day.....the family was up early even with the time change...we all headed out about 8:30 and Collin and Dylan helped me get a house ready for a open house....they made it back home by 10 or so I finished out the day about 3 or so....Dylan and Collin stopped by the first open house...Dylan loves open houses and thinks it is his job to show people around....I am back at work again tomorrow but I am hoping to take off all day Wednesday the weather is suppose to be back in the 50's and perhaps we will work a little in the back yard...........the rest of the night we are going to take in a little cribbage and once Dylan is asleep will take in a little tv time....

It feels like spring
It was somewhere around 50 degrees here today and no wind...it felt like the beginning of spring and the end of winter today....the whole family spent the day together...no work for any of us....after a pretty lazy start to the day...we managed to make it out to the front yard right around 10 or so...we finished the Easter decorating, did a little raking and general winter clean up, Dylan sat under the giant fir tree in our front yard...he played in the dirt for a good 30 minutes or so.....it was such a good feeling watching Dylan in his yard playing....we are looking forward to getting in a fence this spring and all the other work that needs to get done on the outside of the home....after a little yard work we made our way to Sierra Trading Post and Dylan and Collin got some pretty cool shoes, we enjoyed a little lunch at Jimmy Johns, made a trip to Wal Mart and finished the day off at the park....Dylan spent a good hour and half playing.....we are so lucky to have such a easy going little boy....we literally left the house at 11 and made our way home at 4...he napped on the go...ate what we ate...drank what we drank...no diaper bag...and was a champ the entire time....we never think much about taking him with us or what time we head out....and really we never prepare anything when we go.....we just go.....I know that we are very fortunate....I guess I will take it with no complaints and just gratitude........well with that I think I am going to jump in with Dylan for a bubble bath....we picked up chicken to BBQ and it has been such a busy day for Dylan that I am thinking Collin and I will have a nice evening together.....

Cheap trips and super orange carrots
Dylan and I are spending the day at home together....very nice....I don't think we are going to leave the house today....right now I am blogging from inside Dylan's tent....the best $10.00 we have spent in a long time......Dylan is playing with his tools...we just got up from a heavenly 2 hour nap.....I love my days off with just Dylan and I ...we always take in the best naps....it is bitterly cold here today and super windy but we are hoping to make it back out to the front yard again later today to finish working on the Easter Decorations.....it was so nice to open up all the boxes and say hello to all my old wooden bunnies, big plastic eggs, and over sized super orange carrots.....Dylan had a pretty good time earlier today helping me decorate despite the cold...besides napping, and decorating I am also getting caught up on my laundry....notice I say my laundry....Collin and I keep our laundry separate but we often do it for each other...but mine is all that is left so I will get that done....Collin starts his 4 days off tomorrow and surprisingly it is not jammed full with projects and work....I have to work tomorrow but plan on taking off Saturday and Sunday I just have one open house and have to meet with my photographer that takes pictures of all of my listings.............no snow in the forcast so hopefully Collin can catch up on some much needed laying around the house activities........let see what else... we are very excited about our upcoming travels.......we have our trip set and planned for San Francisco.....it was pretty darn affordable the plane tickets were $318.00 with free bags, the rental car I negotiated on price line and got for just under $50.00 included outrageous taxes for 3 days unlimited mileage and a mid size car...we are spending the first 2 nights at my friends house and the final night at the Hyatt on Fisherman's Wharf with taxes right under $150.00....we are also going to the aquarium and have printed off coupons for Collin and I and Dylan is free.....the cool thing is the room will be paid for with Collin's rewards from his credit card so we will be under $385 dollars including our trip to the aquarium....of course we will probably go to the zoo or something and eat out quite a bit...but it is pretty cool....our trip to Washington DC is also quite affordable...our tickets were a little over $600.00 but that will also be paid for by Collin's rewards on his credit card....our rental car was like $40.00 with all the taxes from price line....the cool news is all the museums and zoo's in DC are free....and we will be staying with family and friends the whole trip.....we might actually spend the night at a hotel our first night since we are getting in late and have a good drive ahead of us...we might also make the trip to Hershey PA.....so it will be a super affordable trip..with all of these savings we should be able to buy some pretty cool souvenirs for Dylan :)

The cheese factor
I am the first to admit it....I am a sucker for cheesy, kind of tacky stuff.....it just kind of makes me smile....I love stuff that is over the top....odd....different...stuff that has no purpose except to make you smile.........as I was browsing a catalog today....not a cheesy catalog...actually a very nice upscale catalog......I stumbled upon a very nice outfit for Dylan...and then a matching outfit for Dad and a matching dress for me....each outfit on its own is very tasteful.......all of us wearing our matchy matchy outfits....ahhhh probably not so much.....but I can't help myself I am drawn to the cheese factor of having the matching family.....I enjoy the idea of Collin being slightly uncomfortable as men comment to themselves...really dude...you let your wife dress you like that....I love the fact that Dylan will be oblivious that his mom has dressed him so uncool.....I mean matching your dad is one thing but matching your mom for a little boy is probably out of bounds......not to mention that the moment will be caught forever in pictures....yes we will be taking our family picture this spring in our family outfit....and of course to make it all a little worse is that the outfits are prominently baby blue and crisp white..... not very manly and to add injury to insult to achieve this completely cheesy family wardrobe I will be paying a fairly steep amount.........in all fairness to myself the most beautiful models posed together with their matchy matchy outfits....the tall tan tasselled blond hair father with god like cheek bones....a darling baby boy with flowing curls and sand in his toes....a beautiful 20 something old mother with dark flowing hair and striking eyes and smile to match........it didn't seem quite so cheesy in the picture....I might even be slightly disappointed if it comes off completely tasteful.....well with that I am going to get ordering right away.....until next time

Collin called me this afternoon to remind me that the Oscars are going to be on.....I immediately started to laugh....and reminded Collin how long it has been since we have seen a movie.....we began to calculate in our heads how long it has been...lets see we have seen a movie on the TV... I think once about 6 months ago....we might see maybe 2 or 3 a year at home....the last time we went to a $1.00 movie theatre was just about 2 years ago....I was pregnant with Dylan....and the last time we went to a full price movie theatre was probably at least 4 maybe 5 years ago...and Collin reminded me that was because I had free tickets.......and that was the only time that we have gone to a full price movie theatre...crazy....it's not that we don't like movies....first and foremost we are just to cheap to go to a full price movie theatre.....and we use to go to the dollar show quite a bit before Dylan was born but finding the time and getting it scheduled for babysitting or taking Dylan with us just doesn't hit the priority list very high....I am sure that once Dylan gets older we will start taking in the $1.50 shows.....inflation sucks.....I guess we will only go on Wednesday nights... free popcorn night.........so anyways we won't be taking in the Oscars tonight since we are completely clueless on the movies........
Grandpa and me
Grandpa Davis flew in on Friday to pickup Collin's old GMC Pickup....Grandpa bought it and is taking it back to Rapid City....Dylan and his Grandpa really had a great time....Grandpa brought books for Dylan and the two of them spent a good hour reading the books over and over again....we made a quick trip to the inside play ground....and Dylan went into Super Dylan mode....jumping, running and playing on everything in sight....he would constantly come and get Grandpa....grabbing his hand and taking him to whatever piece of play ground equipment he was going to master next....he wanted to make sure Grandpa didn't miss any of his big moves on the play ground....we ended the evening with Dylan grabbing Grandpa's hand and taking him to the living room and reading books together in front of the fireplace....after a hard couple of days it was a great to have Grandpa Davis here for a quick visit.......

sad
The last couple of days have been sad and somber at the Moody house....Collin came home mid shift on Tuesday evening...after a very tough call....they went on a call for a 3 month old ...unfortunately the little baby girl did not make it...and to make matters worse it was one of Collin's fellow fireman's baby girl.........it is times like this that make you hug your own children just a little bit tighter...to realize your bad day....well isn't really bad after all.....we are mourning for the family.....I can't imagine the saddness and emptyness they must be feeling...how you go on after this kind of tragedy.........I don't know.....Collin seems to be doing better...and is going to go back to work this evening for a over night shift...the funeral will be this Saturday.....when something like this hits so close to home....it is just so real and so scary.....and I just can't imagine the pain the parents must bare.........well sorry for such a downer post....but putting it in perspective it surely makes my problems and worries seem small.........until next time
